How we handle your data.

CK Advisory is a sole-proprietor financial-modelling and corporate-finance advisory practice operated by Caleb Khoo, based in Singapore. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in this policy refer to CK Advisory.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We only collect personal data you actively provide to us. Specifically:

• Contact details — your name and email address when you submit the Free Financial Health Report form or email us directly.
• Business inputs — the financial figures you submit (monthly revenue, monthly expenses, cash balance, upcoming expense, outstanding invoice) and the business decision you describe.
• Booking details — name, email, and any notes you provide when scheduling a 15-minute chat via Cal.com.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only analytics we run is Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated.

We use your data for one purpose: to deliver the service you requested. That means generating and emailing your diagnostic report, confirming your booking, or replying to your enquiry.

We do not use your data to send you marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

To deliver the service, your data is processed by a small set of trusted third parties:

• Vercel — hosts the website and serves pages.
• Cloudflare — DNS provider for ck-advisory.com.
• Anthropic — generates the diagnostic report from your inputs (Claude API). Anthropic does not train its models on API inputs by default.
• Resend — delivers the report email and notification email to us.
• Google Workspace — the inbox at caleb@ck-advisory.com.
• Cal.com — handles 15-minute chat bookings.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside this list.

Form submissions and booking records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return — typically 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold
• Correct any data that is inaccurate
• Delete your data from our records and request our processors do the same
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave

Send any request to caleb@ck-advisory.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days.

The site runs over HTTPS. Data in transit is encrypted. We use reputable processors with their own security programmes. We do not store passwords, payment details, or sensitive identifiers (NRIC, FIN, etc.) — please do not send these.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes that affect how your existing data is used will be communicated by email where we have one on file.
