How we handle your data.

CK Advisory is a sole-proprietor financial-modelling and corporate-finance advisory practice operated by Caleb Khoo, based in Singapore. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” in this policy refer to CK Advisory.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We only collect personal data you actively provide. In practice that is one thing:

• Contact details — your name, email address, and whatever you choose to write, when you email us directly.

There are no forms on this site that send data to a server. The cashflow slider runs entirely in your browser and the figures you enter into it are never transmitted anywhere.

We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising. The only analytics we run is Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated.

For one purpose: to reply to your enquiry.

We do not use your data to send you marketing emails unless you explicitly ask us to.

Your data is processed by a small set of third parties:

• Vercel — hosts the website, serves pages, and provides cookieless aggregate analytics.
• Cloudflare — DNS provider for ck-advisory.com.
• Google — the inbox at calebkhoo18@gmail.com, where email to us arrives.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone outside this list.

Form submissions and booking records are retained for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return — typically 24 months. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours we hold
• Correct any data that is inaccurate
• Delete your data from our records and request our processors do the same
• Withdraw any consent you previously gave

The site runs over HTTPS. Data in transit is encrypted. We use reputable processors with their own security programmes. We do not store passwords, payment details, or sensitive identifiers (NRIC, FIN, etc.) — please do not send these.

If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes that affect how your existing data is used will be communicated by email where we have one on file.
